All About 7

Hi my name is 7. How are you doing today? Most people ask me, do I like being number 7? My friend 5 says that number 5 is the best number there ever was. Number 5 says that her great-great-great-great-great grandmother was the number five and she was very famous for her name. My mom number 6 said that she was made fun of for her name too, so you and my mom are alike, but you know that she is my mom so don't get too close to her because she is my mom.

So that is most of my story. I hope you like it because that is most of it and it was really hard to live the story that I told you about!

Your Friend,
Number 7

A Lot of Horses

I have 5 stuffed horses. This is how I got them. The first one I got was named Chocolate. The 2nd one I got was Butterfinger. The 3rd one I got was Snickers. The 4th one I got was BB (for Butterfinger Blast). The last one I got was Carmel the Clydesdale. He is the biggest. I didn't name them after chocolates and sweets because I like them, just because one had a candy name and the others didn't have a name at all so I named them all after candy names. That's how they all got their names.

A Trick To Do Multiplication With 9's

Here is a trick to do multiplication on your 9's. Put your ten fingers up. Make your fingers go up and down when you count to any number lower than ten. The last finger you said, put it down. The number of fingers remaining on the left side of the finger that is down is the first digit of your answer. The number of fingers remaining on the right side of the finger that is down is the last digit of your number. You should have the correct answer when you are done. Check your answer on a sheet of paper and you should have the right answer. (Example: Put your 8th finger down. There are 7 fingers to the left and 2 fingers to the right. 9 x 8 = 72.)
